Write a reviewWe purchased the 2" stainless stuffing tube and beamer plate for our #12 grinder. We made our first batch of of venison summer sausage and used these items to stuff the fibrous casings. Yes, using a grinder as a sausage stuffer was tedious, but these items worked as intended and we made 36 summer sausages.
