Two clear strands. Each strand will hold 20 lbs of meat. 32 mm diameter. Fully edible and much easier to use than hog or sheep casings. Permeable to allow smoke to penetrate when smoking. Great for fresh sausage that is going straight to the grill or in the freezer. Collagen casings are very easy and quick to use. No preparation needed. Just load on your stuffing tube, tie off the end and start stuffing. (3/4" tube works best)
