Each pack is enough for approx. 800 links, or well over 100 lbs of meat. Casings are uniform in size. 30-32 mm. (1 1/4 - 1 3/8"). For best results use 3/4" stuffing tube.
Packed in salt brine. Keeps stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 months. Just rinse in clear water for 30 seconds and start stuffing. Stuff with your favorite seasoned beef, pork, elk, venison, antelope, veal, turkey, chicken or other wild game meats. These casings are MUCH longer than others.
