Correctly seasons 100 Lbs of meat for Bratwurst sausage.
(or use 1 oz of seasoning per 2 lbs of meat)
Just add pork, venison, beef or your favorite wild game meat.
A time-tested proven recipe. Each 11 oz pack is correctly measured to season 25 lbs of meat. This blend contains the spices necessary to produce old fashion, German-style bratwurst. This blend can be used to produce either fresh or cooked bratwurst. This seasoning is available in our store in 25 lb, 50 lb, 100 lb and case pack quantities. Restaurant quantity pricing available.
