Our fibrous casings are permeable allowing smoke flavor to enter while creating a uniformed flavorful product. Simply hydrate casings in warm water for 30 minutes before stuffing. Pre-tied on one end and open on the other. String tie or staple end when full. Just add venison, elk, moose, hog, beef or any other favorite meat.
