Correctly seasons 50 Lbs of meat for Snack Sticks
(use 1 oz of seasoning per 1 lb of meat)
Includes 1 pouch of sausage cure for each seasoning bag (optional to use)
10 strands. Each strand holds 5 lbs of meat. 48" long each. Our snack stick casings are edible, permeable to place in the smoker and much easier to use than sheep casings. Use your 3/8" stuffer tube for these casings? Need a sausage stuffer? We have them too.
Just add venison, pork, beef or your favorite wild game meat.
