21mm Beef Collagen Casings for making 675 lbs of homemade snack sticks.  If you are a meat processor and sell a lot of snack sticks the caddy price is for you.  These are fresh, mahogany color casings.  Each strand is approx 10" long and will stretch out to 49'.  Each strand holds approx 10 lbs of meat.  Permeable for going straight to the smoker.  Filled and dried diameter is approx 5/8".

58 strands per caddy.   Each strand will hold approx 9.5 lbs of meat and make approx 48 lbs of snack sticks.

Mahogany color.  Beef product. 21mm diameter. Filled strand is approx 48' long. Fully edible and much easier to use than hog or sheep casings. Permeable to allow smoke to penetrate when smoking. Great for fresh snack sausage that is going straight to the smoker or in the freezer. Collagen casings are natural, very easy and quick to use. No preparation needed. Just load on your stuffing tube, tie off the end and start stuffing. (3/8" diameter tube preferred for this size casing.  You CAN use a 1/2" tube but it is slower to load). Store unused casings for up to two years.  Do not soak in water.

Works great with venison, beef, pork, elk, chicken, veal or your favorite game meat.
