Chose this mix as a starting place for a spicy smoked sausage. It has a good flavor and everyone who tried them loves them. i did not add cheese as this was sort of experimental. Think the cheese would have only made it better

I have tried quite a few brands for wild pigs and this is the best by far and now the only one I use. It is also cheaper than the others making it the obvious choice.
