I just used the new plate to prepare some chili meat and it worked perfectly. The meat was the the expected course-ness for my chili and will work great for my purpose.

Write a reviewPrior to using my new 5/16" grinder plate my sausages were too fine a chop and had the feel of being meeley in my mouth.The courser grind gave the sausage a softer and more palatable feel in the mouth. The new plate was well worth the wait and money. Nick R.
