Traditional Cajun style Jerky seasoning for Wild Hog, Beef, Venison, Elk, Moose, Pork, Turkey, Axis and Caribou. Just add your favorite game meat and use the dehydrator, oven or smokehouse.

Two Packs! Each 14 oz pack blends with 25 lbs of meat. Use 1 oz of seasoning to 3 lbs of meat for smaller quantities. Our Jerky seasonings include the cure packs. Cure usage is optional. Recommended if slow drying meat for an extended time. This seasoning is available in our store in 25 lb, 50 lb, 100 lb and case pack quantities.
