Sausage Stuffing Plate to use with stuffing tubes

This part fits the Chefs Choice and Smokehouse Chef® brands of meat grinder attachment for the Kitchenaid mixer.

This part does NOT fit the white plastic attachment or the original Kitchenaid aluminum attachment. We have those parts in our store also. The grinders pictured represent the two versions of attachments that this plate will fit. They are not included. This purchase is for the round sausage stuffing plate only.

This plate measurements are:

2 1/16 " across

1/4" thick

5/16" (8 mm) center hole

The stuffing plate is necessary when using your meat grinder as a sausage stuffer. Place it in the cylinder end with the stuffing tubes. You do not need to use the cutting blade when stuffing sausage. This part fits Smokehouse Chef ® and Chefs Choice meat grinders and mincers that fit on the Kitchenaid stand mixer.
