Culinary Version of the Smokehouse Chef meat grinder

**Solid Stainless Steel**

What's the difference you ask?  This version of our all-stainless steel meat grinder has only subtle differences from the original version.  It has a non-removable loading tray.  The stainless steel finish is left in its original cast texture for handling frequent washing.  It also includes a heavy duty balsa wood meat pusher.  Other than the finish, the tray size and the stomper material this unit has the same fit, production capacity and moving parts as our original version.   Assembled weight is over 4 lbs.

 From Hightower Kitchen®.  This compact meat grinder is cast of solid high grade stainless steel for frequent use.  Dishwasher safe with no rust worries.  Very heavy duty equipment designed for daily use that is needed in culinary training.  Mounts on the front power drive of the Hobart n50, c100 and all KitchenAid stand mixers.  Dishwasher safe.

Solid one piece cylinder with ample 5" x 4" x 1" loading tray. Quick to mount and disassemble.  Can also be used as a food chopper and sausage stuffer*.  Available only from Smokehouse Chef.  We do not distribute our now-famous stainless steel meat grinders through big box retailers.

Includes Three stainless steel meat grinding discs

Grinding plate holes are 3/16" burger, 5/16" chili grind and 1/2" course grind.  Other sizes of meat grinder discs available in our store.  Wooden stomper is very hard beechwood.

This grinder can also be used as a sausage stuffer for culinary training and home chefs.  *Optional sausage stuffing kit made of food-grade stainless steel also available.  Includes three sizes of stuffing tubes plus the sausage stuffer disc

Fits old and new 3.25, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 quart stand mixers including the Classic, K45SS, Artisan and Professional series, plus the Hobart n50 and c100. Shipping weight is 5.5 lbs.  High quality cast stainless steel metal unit. KitchenAid mixer pictured is NOT included.
