This Smokehouse Chef unit is made to fit the Globe SP05 countertop mixer. Mounts securely into the front power drive. Parts include the cylinder, auger, ring, pan, stomper, knife and (3) grinding plates. Easy disassembly for cleaning. This is a stainless steel part. Much stronger than aluminum and health department preferred. Dishwasher safe.

This is a great accessory for your Globe mixer. Use the food grinder attachment to make fresh burgers and sausages. Includes three grinding plates (3/16" holes for standard burger size, 5/16" for larger chili grind and the 1/2" for course grind. Other sizes also available from Butcher-Baker). Top loading pan is 8" x 6". This unit is made to last for many, many years - just like your KitchenAid mixer.
