WOW, this was the ticket to success, The cutter knives that came with my Kitchen Aid grinder were terrible, they kept clogging the grinder disc and all I got was smear and glop. I started a new batch of sausage with my new knives and what a pleasant surprise, the ground meat came out just as you would want it to,If all I had to use was my old grinder knives I would give up making sausage, Nick R.
