The greatest invention yet for the old cast iron sausage stuffers.  This is a heavy duty nylon press that slides down the cylinder of your stuffer.  It restricts the meat or juice from coming back up around the plunger.  This size fits 4 quart stuffers.  It is approx 6 1/2" diameter and 1/8" thick.
