Two Replacement Gaskets for manual sausage stuffers
Fits many brands like Smokehouse Chef, HAKKA, Lem, VIVO etc.
Fits Vertical or Horizontal stuffers. This gasket fits around the round plunger that presses into the cylinder. The diameter of the gasket is approx 5 1/8" and fits common size tanks that are 5 1/8 - 5 1/4". . Single grooved to slip onto plunger. Fits many brands of manual stuffers similar to the one pictured. Measure the inside of your meat cylinder to determine your size needs. This is a very common size replacement part.
We also have the larger 8 3/4" gasket for stuffers over 25 lbs.
